Taz2 70

So, I started designing this deck thinking about the starter deck, I do believe there is something behind the design of it.

It began with the 4 from both elite , it looked like a nice sign, the 20 health pool on the other hand ringed alarms, but it is a 2 deck, I could take away the elites and put a padawan for a solid 27 and a wonderful , but not now.

So, what do I want with this deck? He isn't as quick and durable as Han Rey and has the same colours on it, why not use Han? what does Finn gives me? He can get ANY weapon, that means I can safely use Luke's Saber, I can play it on the non target and make him an instant threat, the redeploy from the lightsabers on the target with Luke's on the non target gives me a solid end game, Finn's is not the best, not by far, but it's solid, it will give me an amazing late game.

But I have to survive through a rough early game, quick dirty smugglers and nice gals, explosives Bounty hunters and many more that could trash me quicker than I could spell Lightsaber.

So... First hand, you're looking for Jedi Robes, datapad, Rey's Staff and Force Training, one turn cost cards, so you won't need on your dice, so you will play your low cost protection upgrades, try to maintain enough control on your hand, and hit with whatever the dice gods give you.

Then we're onto the dangerous part of the game, you must control your as best as possible, always upgrading when possible and maintaining enough so you can still control your enemy, right now, it's more important to maim your enemy than it is to hurt him or to build yourself up. Think like a Mill deck, take his options away, control him, make him hate you.

At turn 3 onwards, you should have at least one of your big upgrades in the game, and the tables will have changed, now the opponent will fear your and you'll be able to start hurting him, while he tries to control you, at mid game you should have Luke's on your stronger char and Saber on the weaker one, make your opponent regret killing a character, if Finn's weaker, give him Saber and Second Chance, If Rey is weaker, Force Protection and a Staff will make your opponent want to change target. If your opponent plays well, he will stay on Rey regardless, if you notice that, charge Finn up, if your opponent goes for Finn, Probe on Rey and Cunning Second Chance on Finn.

Final Thoughts:

I haven't tested this deck yet, and I believe it may be stronger with a Padawan instead of the elites, and maybe working with all the redeploys in the game, two Sabers, two holdouts, two F11D-Rifles. I'll also try it that way. Anyhow, here goes nothing, maybe there's something hidden here.
