Pretty standard game plan here. We're trying to get abilities on Palpatine - Unlimited Power. Vader's special helps us do that cheaply. Combined with Forbidden Lore and/or It Binds All Things we may be able to pull Shien Mastery and Force Storm for free. If our Angry Anakin doesn't hit the special we're probably sitting on a damage side, if not Re-Roll! Don't be afraid to chuck upgrades for re-rolls because we've got the Vader Special and Legacy of the Sith to pull them back.
Of course we're going to be using Jabba The Hutt - Influential Kingpin's PA to dig through the deck. We can find our tech cards like Desperate Measures or Reap. It'll also let us pull some very strong mitigation in Headstrong. With 40 cards in the deck the PA becomes even more valuable.
Now, take all of this with a grain of salt because this hasn't hit the table yet. But I feel like the theory is very strong.
