After a lot of testing, this is my favorite version of the deck.
When looking at a Luke/Fisto deck I have found a few cards that I consider to be must haves and some of the big reasons for picking up the deck.
The main must have upgrades are Dagger, Ezra's, Luke's, 2 Force Focus, and 2 Treasured sabers. These upgrades give the most bang for your buck in this deck. Focus is the best resource generating card in a Reluctant instructor deck and sometimes I wish we had more ability upgrades like it.
The event cards I consider must haves are Hidden motive, pacify, disciplined mind and at least one of near miss, way of the light, emp, and Jedi Mind trick. Some of these are the reason to run blue hero rather than Reylo and are some of the strongest removal cards jedi has access to.
Problems that I needed to solve after these cards were decided on was how to take advantage of Luke's ability to bounce abilities and how to be able to play cards and consistently be able to afford Fisto's 3 side. With this in mind these are the answers I came up with, Circle of shelter is amazing if you have soresu mastery on the field allowing you to do 2 damage out of hand for 0 if soresu is on luke, or use fisto's melees for both defense and offense if it is on fisto. The force jumps give another target for Luke's training allowing you to get discounts by overwriting on basically anything while also getting soft removal for basically 0 or -1. And adapt and qui-gon's spirit ensure you can do something with those shields you naturally generate even against a mill deck.
Not saying this is a top tier going to win any tourney, but if you love playing Luke and want to be semi competitive give this a shot a let me know how it goes.
