Yesterday I came Top 4 at Rochester with Palpatine Watto. My matchups were Round 1: Beckett Iden W 1-0 Round 2: eSatine R2 3PO FC W 2-0 Round 3: eYoda1 eRey3 W 3-0 Round 4: eKylo2 ePhasma2(Same player as Top 4) W 4-0 Round 5: Reylo W 5-0 Round 6: Reylo W 6-0 My Swiss rounds went excellent and I was 1st seed going into Top Cut Top 8: eJango ePhasma Profitable W 2-0 Top 4: eKylo2 ePhasma2 1-2
I went out in Top 4 to what I believe was some unfortunate rolls on my part and some fortunate rolls on my opponent’s part but in a dice game, things happen. Overall it was a great weekend and I’m glad I made Top 4 at my first Prime of the season
I decided to play a Frighten because I thought it would play great into Reylo and any Palp mirrors but I only ended up playing it once that day and it was against Yoda Rey where I didn’t attack him all game until I loaded Palp with 10 upgrades and then played Frighten into Fatal Blow to one shot Rey. Overall, I think I would take out the Frighten but it was a super interesting card to play
