My take on red/yellow villain mill, partly inspired by this deck: Villain Mill 4-0 Beaverton OR @ smuggler's run gaming . I'm not sure that this is better than that deck, but it's done well so far. I've seen some Wulff decks with Sly Moore - Aide to the Emperor instead of Watto - Stubborn Gambler, but I think yellow really is the key to villian mill; Unscrupulous and Déjà Vu are really good, and Sly doesn't make enough money to get Grand Moff in play to mill with Command Center - Lothal.
