So drafted a palpatine and I got to use a bunch of trash cards and had alot of fun, so I figured why not try building a deck around him.

I picked Veteran Stormtrooper over Death Trooper because of the mixed damage sides. That and all of the 1 ranged sides on death trooper feel pretty bad, even if it makes me more likely to get discounts with palp.

The idea for this deck is to get a bunch of different damage sides out and use big scary cards like Rise Again for cheap. Run Crystal Ball and Dark Counsel so palpatine does not just roll resources the entire game and weapons with different damage sides and lots of damage sides.

a couple cards I want to try but did not know what to replace them with:

Logistics - with double money on palp and a ton of expensive cards it feels like a no brainer? but Mobilize does the same thing and its more fun.

Red Alert - maybe I want to load up on the trooper since palp should be the target? this card is awesome then.

Law and Order - dream senario is remove an upgrade for free, which sounds really fun. I went with Snare instead because its amazing if I am claiming first or I am behind on board

good removal - I'm a greedy deck using palpatine, so having good cards seems like a bad idea

Any suggestions for this deck would be appriecated or if there is another pairing for palp I can try that would be cool too. Ketsu Onyo - Black Sun Operative also seems like a solid pairing but idk what events would be good for that deck.
