If 3-color Nines is Rainbow, then Red/Yellow Nines is Hulk Hogan Nines. With the nerf to FN's points, as well as the restriction to 1 upgrade replacement per round, FN-2199 can drop blue since we don't need Boundless Ambition, and bring in a First Order Stormtrooper to provide some consistent damage and that coveted side.
For now I've only dropped 2 upgrades down to 14 total, but I can see that amount going down to 12 or less. With Imperial Inspectionnerf, I'm not so afraid to pack 2-cost upgrades that can be hard cast, specifically F-11D Rifle, which pairs nicely with Bala-Tik and First Order Stormtrooper.
