Networked offense at work!
This deck has been a real treat to play with. It has great flexibility as any Poe Dameron - More Than A Pilot deck is going to have.
The closing power comes from building networks through your team via Wingman and Lead by Example. When the time is right you can then launch your assault via Hit and Run and Partnership. Be on the look out for those All In and It's a Trap! plays... especially deadly since you have a lot of specials and Poe's dice have double focuses.
