My take on Thrawnkar, Commanding Presence is awesome! Block and dodge seem like the key to surviving that one last round you need to get a crimelord off or mill them out.

I have been entertaining the idea of an early crimelord on Ukar and using Cargo Hold to move it to Thrawn. There is plenty of focus with Thrawn and Commanding presence to guarantee some Crimelord action maybe?
