This decks one main drawback is that it doesn't generate resources which is why i include Arms Deal. With all the weapons upgrades it can get you that one or two extra resources you need.
Ascension Gun is not a weapon so be careful of that with FN and Arms Deal.
I play Aggressive with Ace in the Hole, it works great with all these Yellow dice upgrades and they can all be pulled back with IG88 if you roll his special. My plan is to overwrite yellow weapons on IG88 to Rocket Launcher and ramp FN into Batons. I often cheat in a Thermal Detonator on IG and just overwrite it with Rocket Launcher. i use my first fast hands on IG.
The only card I am not sure about is Armor Plating, I have switched it out with Relentless Pursuit and am now considering using Dug-in instead.
