Poe-blast (Red-Yellow aggro) 2.0

This aggro deck attempts to maximize damage output with Poe's ability plus extra card and resource gain to develop the board faster than the opponent. Normally it has 1-2 dice more than the opposition despite starting at 3. It plays things faster than the opposition and ends the turn faster, allowing it to claim and gain more benefit.

Poe Dameron + Emperor's Throne Room + Thermal Detonator

This is the decks main trick, the Poe-blast! Claim the Throne Room, discard Detonator for 3 damage per enemy. Thus the detonator is not meant to be played. Keep it in hand and Scavenge it back to toss again. Note that even if we don´t get our BG we can still easily play TD, but it is obviously much better to have the BG as it saves 3 .

Scavenge + Smuggling + Promotion + Logistics + Rearm

These cards is the card and resource engine. Together they add 1-2 resources and cards per round.

As we want to claim as soon as possible to toss grenades I like Defensive Position in the deck as it can hit an infinite number of dice. The Jump is for a chance to get Throneroom in play if the opponent gets canny and picks their BG. It also works as control by surprise ending the round.

For the starting hand mulligan to one bonus income, a gun and a Detonator, but at least a gun and something from the engine.

A typical Turn 1 is something like this: play a gun on Finn, roll Finn, play stuff from the engine to collect more resources and cards, play another upgrade on Poe, roll Poe, resolve dice and finally claim to toss the detonator with Poe. The result us something like 3-5 at least 6 more damage from the TD.

The exact composition of the weapon and control package is up to preference and meta, whereas the key points of the deck is the Poe-blast and the engine.

Is it good? Yes it is. And fun! Try it out and enjoy your opponents look when you inflict 9 damage on his Jango, Bala-Tik and FO Trooper Turn 1 :)
