R2-D2 - Loyal Companion doesn't need to spot C-3PO - Perfect Gentleman... You just have to pair him with a solid 3/3 damage character, and the top side in their dice block is their best side -- and fortunately for blue hero fans, Obi-Wan Kenobi - Jedi Master fits the bill and is a perfect points match to run alongside him!

This deck leans hard on early game aggro, while generating shields for days effortlessly. It favors upgrades that grant bonus on-play efficiency (Treasured Lightsaber, Rey's Lightsaber, Soresu Mastery, and Jedi Lightsaber) so plan to overwrite 2-3 upgrades a game just to keep the bonus effects flowing for extra cards and shields. Late-game, if you run into shields or Riot Shield, you've got enough unblockable specials between Treasured, Obi-Wan's and Yoda's Spirit to punch a lot of damage through formidable defenders.

Hidden Motive and Upper Hand provide situational but free removal so you can ramp into those lightsabers, and Soresu Mastery provides recurring die removal threat once you've rolled in. Deflecting Slash and Circle of Shelter are mid-to-late game power plays, and Ataru Strike has got to be respected as out-of-hand damage that will make your opponent suffer if they let you build up shields on their secondary target.

Played patiently and smartly, this deck is one that your opponents won't forget!
