Despite what episode 4 quotes, Obi Wan and R2D2 were friends. and this deck shows a bit of how much R2 likes to help Obi out.
R2 has the ability to turn a die to the top most box, which in this case is Obi's 3X (melee)! So the thought process was to try keeping the deck lean and try to roll in damage. Obi is a tank, able to keep in the game for a while with his shield ability.
I feel like I might be forgetting to add some of the new events from Spark of Hope, or maybe they just werent that impressive.
