A Control deck that wins based on a combination of Control And Mill, Gain resources with Plutt and Reroll bad rolls with Hutt to Activate Plutt. A decent curb could honestly be better. Win conditions: Mill, Crime Lord(card): to defeat a deadly opponent.
Weak against: Fast paced agro style decks. Strong against: other control decks.
